Sorry to read that you’re not pleased with your lashes.
I’d like to get things really clear. First of all we do not work with old products. I think that’s a strange assumption. We are a very busy salon, so we order products every week it’s not even possible to let them the products go out of date for us.
Second, the time was kept right. We helped you with two people and both kept time (after you we were late for your appointment).
Like I tried to explain to you before we started the lash Botox treatment; you booked a lash lift with Botox, no lash extensions. The treatment is curling the natural lashes. You booked with botox and that’s, like I told you, a keratine treatment. We can’t make you’re lashes longer and fuller like extensions with a treatment that’s meant for the naturals lashes.
I’ve told you before the treatment that your expectations were different than the actual treatment.
And finally I saw the end result and it was beautiful, exactly what was expected after the treatment you’ve booked.
So, we really want to learn from our reviews, but you absolutely came with the wrong expectations. And I told you before. So what would you like us to do now? I don’t mean this in a harmful way, but I do want to speak my mind as well.
